Returns and Exchanges

  • No order can be cancelled by Buyer once accepted by Seller except being agreed in writing by Seller and on condition Buyer indemnifies Seller against all losses and costs etc.
  • Accuracy In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card has been charged. If your credit/debit card account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your account for the amount of the charge.
  • Upon delivery of collection of goods, Buyer or its authorized person should inspect quantity and quality of good carefully and by acknowledging receipt of goods by Buyer or its authorized person, Seller is discharged from any liability hereunder.
  • Seller shall deliver goods to Buyer by one single visit pursuant to the delivery date and delivery address as specified in the relevant Invoice during normal working hours from 9 am to 6 pm excluding Sundays and Statutory Holidays. Seller is entitled to charge Buyer a delivery fee which Seller thinks fits but not less that HK$200 per delivery and additional fee from more than one visit or outside normal working hours or deliver to a sub-urban area.
  • No delivery service is available when typhoon signal No.8 or above or black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted. Buyer please contact servicehk@hermanmiller.com in 2 days for rescheduling.
  • Buyer should ensure that delivery address shall be clear and tidy with sufficient lifts and vehicular access, otherwise additional charge shall be imposed.
  • Buyer should take precaution and care of their furniture, equipment, floor, wall, interior decoration, other properties, and related common areas inside and outside the premises during delivery. Seller bears no responsibility for any damage caused.
  • If Buyer fails to take delivery or give Seller adequate delivery instruction Seller may store good at Buyer’s risk for nor more than 15 days after delivery date, and thereafter Seller is entitled to charge Buyer a storage fee at 5%/week on price of good on Invoice. Title of goods shall not be passed to Buyer until Seller has received in case or cleared funds as full payment of goods by Buyer. If Buyer fails to take delivery or give Seller delivery instruction or adequate delivery instruction within 30 days from the date of the Invoice, Buyer’s deposit paid to Seller on the goods ordered and the relevant goods shall be forfeited upon expiry of the said 30 days without any further prior notice to Buyer.
  • Delivery Date shall be approximate time for delivery of goods and Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.
  • This invoice and the terms and condition appearing therein contain the entire agreement between the parties and subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong SAR. If any provision in whole or part is held by court as invalid or unenforceable, validity of reminder of the provision in question and other provisions therein shall not be affected.
  • Seller shall not be liable to Buyer for force majeure or circumstances beyond Seller’s control or for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage or cost etc. (whether caused by negligence of Seller, its employees, or agents, or otherwise). In any event entire liability of Seller shall not exceed price of goods on the relevant Invoice.
  • Buyer hereby consents that Seller or its associated or authorized persons may send direct marketing materials to Buyer, unless and until Seller received a notice in writing by Buyer to the contrary.
